My mission as I knew it in 2011 was to help people live longer happier lives. This inspired me to start Longevity Training in Vancouver, BC Canada. Longevity Training is Conscious Mind Body Fitness. It’s functional fitness utilizing all of the skills that I have acquired from over twenty years of personal development such as meditation, strength, flexibility and suspension training, Pilates, Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Qigong, Bagua, Rock Climbing, Energy Healing, NLP, EFT, Tantra, Hypnosis, Core Transformation work and private coaching.
My mission as I know it today is to help people live longer happier lives by realizing the full potential of who they are and who they came here to be. I’m refocusing my efforts into primarily private coaching for clarity, understanding, trauma release, integration and transformation – uprooting and reprogramming the subconscious beliefs that cause people to stay stuck in the same patterns repeating the same emotional states and the same experiences of disappointment, frustration, sadness, anger, rejection, anxiety, abandonment, failure, fear, betrayal and painful physical symptoms that seem to have no physical cause.
